Abhi Iyer

Abhi joined AXOM Partners in 2026 and brings 7 years of M&A experience, during which he has advised on ~$7 Billion of M&A primarily across application software.

Prior to joining AXOM, Abhi worked at William Blair as a Vice President in the Technology M&A group. His transaction experience includes advising on Airtable’s announced sale to Bending Spoons for $1.3 billion, Common Room’s sale to Zoom, Hostaway’s recapitalization by General Atlantic, Crunchtime’s merger with QSR Automations, PriceLabs’ recapitalization by Onex, Guestline’s acquisition by The Access Group, and Breezeway’s recapitalization by Resurgens Technology Partners.

Now based in San Francisco, Abhi previously spent over 10 years in New York City after graduating from New York University, where he earned his BS in Finance. He is originally from Singapore and has lived in Tokyo and Hong Kong.
