  • Thomas has multiple years of M&A experience and has advised on ~$12 Billion of M&A, primarily across application software.
  • Prior to joining AXOM, Thomas worked at William Blair as a Vice President in the Technology M&A group, where he advised on a number of notable transactions including the recapitalization of Varicent by Warburg Pincus, the sale of BiggerPockets to The Chernin Group, the recapitalization of NEOGIV by Carlyle, and the recapitalization of Granicus by Harvest Partners, and the sale of Saba Software to Cornerstone OnDemand.
  • Previously, Thomas worked at General Motors as a rotational financial analyst. Thomas is from South Korea, and graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Economics.
