Dan is an M&A advisor with 15 years of experience advising founders, executives, boards, and investors on strategic transactions across the global technology sector.
Over the course of his career, Dan has advised on more than $100 billion of announced transactions, including strategic acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, hostile defense assignments, and strategic investments. He has deep expertise across enterprise software and broader technology markets, with experience advising many of the industry's leading companies through transformative transactions.
Prior to joining AXOM Partners, Dan was a senior member of the Software team at Qatalyst Partners, where he advised on numerous landmark transactions, including engagements involving Slack, Coupa, Anaplan, HashiCorp, Ultimate Software, Apptio, and Cornerstone OnDemand, among others. Earlier in his career, he advised technology clients in the Investment Banking Division at BofA Merrill Lynch.
Dan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of San Diego and is originally from Los Angeles, California.
