Johnny Warner

Johnny joined AXOM in January 2026. Prior to joining AXOM, Johnny worked at Morgan Stanley as an analyst in their Technology group in Menlo Park, where he advised on notable transactions including CoreWeave’s $1.7B acquisition of Weights & Biases and Securiti.ai’s $1.7B sale to Veeam Software.

Johnny is from New Canaan, CT and graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Finance.
