Tricia Shaw

Tricia Shaw joined AXOM Partners in 2026 and brings over 15 years of experience advising on numerous complex transactions across the technology landscape. She is known for her ability to navigate dynamic environments, align diverse stakeholder groups and lead disciplined processes that drive superior outcomes while preserving long-term relationships.

Prior to joining AXOM, Tricia was a senior member of Morgan Stanley’s Technology Investment Banking team in Menlo Park, CA, where she advised public and private companies, as well as financial sponsors, on a broad range of both public and private M&A and strategic advisory engagements. Her experience spans high-growth, founder-led businesses, through large-scale, multi-billion-dollar transactions, often in situations requiring thoughtful positioning, strategic clarity, and execution under pressure. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Tricia was a Managing Director at Evercore and started her investment banking career at J.P. Morgan.

Earlier in her career, Tricia served as a Naval Aviator in the United States Navy with tours of duty worldwide, including in both Iraq and Afghanistan.

Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Tricia currently resides in San Francisco. She holds both a BS and MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
