Ben joined AXOM in June 2026 and has seven years of experience across technology M&A advisory and investing, having helped advise or invest in companies representing more than $50 billion in aggregate transaction value.
He began his career at Qatalyst in 2019, working alongside Alan, Brandon, Sam, and Jordan on transactions such as Honey's sale to PayPal, Benevity's sale to Hg, Gainsight's sale to Vista, and Five9's proposed merger with Zoom. From 2021 to 2024, Ben was a technology and healthcare private equity investor at GIC, where his investments included SailPoint, Coupa, and Kaseya-Datto, among others. Most recently, he was a venture investor at Forgepoint Capital and an independent fundraising advisor for VC-backed startups, such as VGS, while pursuing an MBA.
Ben grew up in Southern California and received his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and Economics from Yale University and his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
