Jordan has 10 years of M&A experience and has advised on ~$35 Billion of M&A across the technology sector. Prior to AXOM Partners he worked with Qatalyst Partners on numerous transactions across application and infrastructure software.
Jordan has advised on a number of transactions, including the announced sale of Five9 to Zoom for $14.7 Billion, the sale of Mailchimp to Intuit for $12.0 Billion, the sale of Cornerstone OnDemand to Clearlake for $5.2 Billion, the sale of Superhuman to Grammarly, and many others.
Prior to Qatalyst Partners, Jordan worked for Citigroup in the Technology M&A group. Jordan is from Boise and graduated from BYU with a degree in economics.
