Sam has nearly 15 years of M&A experience advising executives and boards on more than $125 Billion of completed transactions, including strategic acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, and strategic investments.

Sam has advised on a number of notable transactions across the technology sector, including Slack on its sale to Salesforce for $29.2 Billion, LinkedIn on its sale to Microsoft for $28.1 Billion, Qualtrics on its sale to SAP for $8 Billion, Jasper on its sale to Cisco for $1.4 Billion, Shape Security on its sale to F5 for $1 Billion, SignalFx on its sale to Splunk for $1 Billion, Pillpack on its sale to Amazon, and many others.

Sam is from Boston, MA and graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a degree in finance.
